Every Bride Has Her Day by Janice Thompson

Katie Fisher is thrilled that she is finally planning a wedding to marry the love of her life, pro basketball star Brady James. But her family and friends all have different opinions on what her perfect day should look like and none of them can agree on the little details. Katie also finds it hard to concentrate with other celebrations in her life filling up her calendar. She begins to wonder if she will get her special day how she envisions it or if she will ever even have time to plan the event and steal quality moments with her soon-to-be husband with the chaos around her.

This novel continues the storyline with spunky personalities and hilarious moments from the first two books in the series. Readers need to read the stories in order to appreciate the characters and events. This book has romance intertwined with amusing scenes to keep the reader interested in the story; however, there are many weddings and pairing off of couples that lent a more weighty aspect to this particular book as compared to the previous ones. I also think the characters lacked some depth and it took me until this third book to feel like I connected with any of them. Overall, I enjoyed the book for its lighthearted romance and family dynamics and recommend it to those who enjoy contemporary romance.

I received a copy of this book from Revell Publishing in exchange for an honest review.
